The Birth Prep Package includes three dedicated appointments with a midwife in your third trimester; focusing on education and preparation for both birth and the postpartum period.

Each visit includes a comprehensive maternity assessment, with measurements, a health check and gentle evaluation of your baby’s position. There is also space to thoughtfully debrief any previous birth experiences and receive assistance in creating your birth map.

This package includes a 45-minute consultation with our perinatal nutritionist to further support your wellbeing.
 
Following the birth, you will have access to unlimited postnatal care, fully bulk-billed until six weeks postpartum. You will also have phone support from your Midwife Monday-Friday, 8am to 8pm during the entirety of your pre & postnatal care.
 
Travel within 50km of Warragul, Victoria is included, and all appointments with both your midwife and nutritionist can take place either in the comfort of your home or at our Warragul clinic.
