Products
The products available through Nest by Wise & Well Midwifery are provided for general education and comfort purposes only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition, and they do not replace individual medical advice, assessment or care from your midwife, GP or other qualified health professional. Always read product instructions and use as directed. If irritation, discomfort, or unexpected symptoms occur, discontinue use and seek medical advice.

Essential oils (including Clary Sage) should be used with caution in pregnancy and postpartum. If you are unsure whether a product is appropriate for you, please consult your healthcare provider before use. Essential oils are concentrated plant extracts and should be used carefully and as directed. They are not suitable for ingestion and should not be applied undiluted to the skin unless specified by the manufacturer. Use during pregnancy or labour should only occur in consultation with a qualified healthcare professional.

By purchasing from our store, you acknowledge that you are using these products at your own discretion.

Certain products may have limited quantities. We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products and to any person, geographic reason or jurisdiction. All descriptions of products are subject to change at any time without notice, at our discretion. 

If you are unsure if a product is fit for your needs, it is the consumers responsibility to contact Wise & Well Midwifery for clarification. If purchase is made without clarifying or following clarification with the expectation outside of the response given, refunds will not be provided. 

    Returns

Our policy is valid for 28 days. If 28 days have surpassed since your purchase, we are unable to provide you with a refund or exchange on any physical item. All eligible returns must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

Some items listed in the Wise & Well Midwifery store cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons if you have changed your mind. Gift certificates are non-refundable. You must return the item with proof of purchase, within 28 days and in the condition listed above to be eligible for a refund.

Wise & Well Midwifery is not responsible for any return postage costs incurred to the individual. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item so tracking is advisable. If a product has signs of use, been opened, not in original packaging, is damaged, or returned later than 28 days from purchase a refund will not be given. You will be notified by email the outcome of your refund whether approved or rejected. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applies to your credit card or original payment method within a certain amount of days. Refunds are not available for sale items. Items will only be replaced if they are defective or damaged. Contact hello@wisewellmidwifery.com.au if you require an exchange. 

 
  Shipping

Wise & Well Midwifery will try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website. If a stock discrepancy occurs, we will contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking or if you would prefer a refund. Local delivery to postcodes inclusive of 3818, 3820, 3821 and 3822 will be at a cost of $5 per delivery. Flat rate shipping exists for all orders outside of these postcodes at $10 per delivery. 

Existing clients have the option to have their orders delivered for free at their next consult. This can be arranged with their midwife if they wish.

Items will be posted within 3-5 business days of an order being placed. We do not hold responsibility for transit times as this varies greatly depending on the courier selected and your geographical region. We will ship the item to the address listed. If tracking is included, the tracking link will be sent to you so you are able to follow the progress of your shipment based on the latest updates made available by the courier. International shipments are not currently available on orders. GST has been applied to items listed on our website. For parcels damaged in transit, a refund or replacement will be provided as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim. From time-to-time parcels may be lost in transit. We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has conducted an investigation and deemed the parcel lost. 

Dispute Resolution Process
Wise & Well Midwifery are committed to their clients and their customer satisfaction. If in the event you are unhappy with the Services provided by Wise & Well Midwifery we encourage you to contact us at hello@wisewellmidwifery.com.au to discuss your complaint and rectify it if appropriate.
