    We comply with the Australian Consumer Law.

    You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

    Change of mind

    We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, including incorrect selection, no longer needing the item, or dissatisfaction with colour, size or style. Please choose carefully before purchasing.

    Faulty or damaged items

    If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at [your email address] with:

    • A description of the issue

    • Clear photos of the item

    We will assess the issue and arrange a repair, replacement or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.

    Return conditions

    Returned items must be:

    • In original condition

    • Unused and unwashed

    • In original packaging (where applicable)

    Return shipping costs will be covered by us for faulty items. For all other approved returns, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

    Exclusions

    This policy does not apply to:

    • Items damaged due to misuse, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow care instructions

    • Gift cards or digital products (if applicable)

  • Local delivery — Warragul

    We offer local delivery for $5 within a 10km radius of Wise & Well Midwifery (Warragul).

    • Delivery timeframe: 1–3 business days

    Standard shipping — Outside local area

    For all orders outside the Warragul local delivery area, we offer flat rate shipping of $10 Australia-wide.

    • Delivery timeframe: 3–5 business days

    • Delivery times may vary depending on location and carrier delays
